This policy explains how Kappa Experts (“we”), operated by [LEGAL NAME], CUIT [CUIT], with address at [ADDRESS], Argentina, collects and uses personal data. We are the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

• What you give us in the signup form: name, email, primary field, English level, other languages, the platforms you are registered on, and your CV.
• Your consent choices and when you gave them.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site (for example server logs kept by our hosting provider).

Why we use it

• Job match emails, only if you tick that box: we compare your profile with open roles and email you the ones that fit. Some include referral links (see our referral disclosure).
• Placements, only if you tick that box: we may consider your profile for direct or agency placements with AI data companies, and contact you before sharing it with any company.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting processing done before you withdrew it. We may use automated tools, including AI models, to read CVs and match profiles to roles; a person reviews matches before any placement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host or process it for us (database and file storage, website hosting, email delivery, and AI processing for matching), under contracts that require them to protect it, and with a company only after you agree to be put forward for a specific role. Some providers are located outside Argentina, including in the United States; we use providers that offer adequate safeguards.

How long we keep it

While your profile is active. If you ask us to delete it, or we have not been in touch for [24] months, we delete your data, except what we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw any consent, by emailing hello@kappaexperts.com. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

The data owner has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, under article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

El titular de los datos personales tiene la facultad de ejercer el derecho de acceso a los mismos en forma gratuita a intervalos no inferiores a seis meses, salvo que se acredite un interés legítimo al efecto conforme lo establecido en el artículo 14, inciso 3 de la Ley Nº 25.326. La Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley Nº 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.

Security

CVs are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Access to the database is restricted to the people who run Kappa Experts.

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before the change applies.
