Referral disclosure

Last updated: [DATE]

Some roles on this site, and some roles in our emails, use referral links. They are marked “Referral link”. If you apply through one and the platform hires you, the platform may pay Kappa Experts a referral fee.

• The fee is paid by the platform. It never comes out of your pay and never changes what you are offered.
• We list roles because we think they fit our audience, whether or not they carry a referral fee. Many listings have none.
• Kappa Experts is independent. We are not an agent, recruiter or representative of any platform listed, and we cannot influence their hiring decisions.
• Nobody can guarantee acceptance, placement, hours or pay. Each platform runs its own application, contract and payments.
• If you are already registered on a platform, applying through our link does not change anything for you.
